All orders require patio cushions to be produced. This includes fabric cutting, sewing, stuffing and closing. After patio cushion production, we box and ship to you. |

| Because each item is custom and hand-made, production times may vary. Some aspects to take into mind that can affect waiting times are: Size of order Difficulty of order Delivery locations Fabric stock status It is often thought that our items are made up and can be pulled right off the shelf as orders come in...that is not the case. Because we take pride in our items and make them with quality craftsmanship, all orders must go through a certain process before production can even begin. Again, times may vary on size and difficulty of order. The order in front of yours can also affect production times as well. The general process for making an example order is as follows: 1. Order is received 2. Order is submitted into our production system 3. Items on order are checked and verified on material usage 4. Order enters production 5. Order gets completed and moved to shipping department 6. Order is shipped out to you * Please note: If you have a mixture of products such as patio furniture and cushions, the entire order will not be shipped until the cushions are produced. |
